Deliveries are sent out every week for all physical items. Shipping prices may vary between each product and accurately represent the cost of sending the item. Shipping within the UK is done through Royal Mail 1st class, overseas shipping is done 2nd class. Allow for 3 weeks for shipping to Australia and 2 weeks for US and Canada. For shipping within Europe, 1-2 weeks and within the UK, 3 to 9 working days. CavanMagic can only offer refunds on items that are lost by the mail, never reach the customer or reach the customer with significant damage. CavanMagic retain the right to refuse refunds and ask for photos of damaged items to assess the damage and judge if refunds may be claimed.
Refunds cannot be given for download items, including podcasts and original magic in the form of video links or Google Docs with exceptions*. If any person is found to have shared download items, this is treated as piracy and CavanMagic retain the right to block the customer in question from buying further products. When downloads are purchased, the payment email will not contain the download. All downloads are dealt with and sent manually by Cavan himself, who processes each order. If a download has not been received 36 hours after purchase, CavanMagic offers a 100% refund, but no sooner. If a download is sent that is the wrong product in any way, CavanMagic cannot replace this with the correct one. A refund can be offered, but no replacement without payment. If a customer cannot access a link to any download product, alternatives can be provided, including extra payments for a physical copy of document products (eg: P.S.). Please allow time for all manual emails and corrections to mistakes.
*Refunds can be given for accidental repeat purchases of non-physical items.
Certain areas of the site may be password restricted to authorized users or require you to provide personal information (“Restricted Areas”). If you are an authorized user of the Restricted Areas, you agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or your employees’ passwords and account information, if any, and agree to notify CavanMagic if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised. You agree that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account, including any fees which may be incurred under your account, whether or not you are the individual who undertakes such activities. You agree to immediately notify CavanMagic of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security in relation to the site known to you.
CavanMagic will occasionally run promotions or discounts on certain products. If a price of a product is discounted in any way, there are no limitations on quantity allowed to be purchased unless otherwise stated in an email or on the product page, or in a public YouTube video on the Cavan Booth channel. If a discount is applied via a coupon then CavanMagic reserves the right to restrict the number of coupons used at a time. Currently this restriction is one discount code per order. Use of more than one discount code at a time is prohibited. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to any order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that a code has been entered correctly. If a deficiency has been discovered and is the responsibility of CavanMagic, then Cavan will personally take steps to correct the issue within reason.
You acknowledge and agree that this site may include certain errors, omissions, outdated information which may affect the materials.
CavanMagic does not monitor your data or transmissions, yet, Cavan does actively monitor overall site usage for system utilization purposes. You agree, however, that, in CavanMagic’s efforts to promote good citizenship within the community, if Cavan becomes aware of inappropriate use of the service, the response may include account suspension or termination or cancellation of paid orders.
Privacy: We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, but CavanMagic never see that number. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account. We keep a paper copy of your name, order number, total price of order and items in order, but never your payment method info. Any questions about privacy please get in touch.
